Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your outdoor gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and certain remote areas. If your location isn’t serviceable, we’ll notify you promptly.

Our Return Promise

If your camping equipment isn’t lighting up your adventures the way it should (whether it’s a 200-999 lumen flashlight or a camp bed that’s not quite right), we’ll make it right. Here’s our straightforward returns process – as simple as pitching one of our premium tents.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receiving your order
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition (unused, unworn, with all tags attached) and original packaging
  • Required: Proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fire Starters and Lighters (once used, we can’t verify their condition)
  • Cups and Mugs that show signs of use
  • Footwear that has been worn outdoors
  • Any items marked as “final sale” in product descriptions

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps – easier than assembling our camp furniture:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 24 hours (faster than boiling water on our camp stoves) with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Pack Securely – Use the original packaging if possible, or pack as carefully as you would for a backcountry trip.
  4. Ship It Back – Send to:

  5. Wait for Processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days.

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account – about as long as our standard shipping takes to reach you.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You’ll receive the full item price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or lumen rating? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your email, please specify:

  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The replacement item you’d prefer (check our website for availability)
  • Whether you’re willing to wait if the replacement is temporarily out of stock

We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item – consider it our way of keeping your adventure on track.
